1. Consultation: Available by appointment, phone, or e-mail.

2. Design Deposit: If you wish to begin the design process after the consultation, we will provide a service agreement and proceed to request a $200 non-refundable design deposit. The design deposit will be applied as credit towards your final invoice.

3. Minimum purchase: There is a required minimum quantity of 25 invitations and 50 couture invitations. There is a labor charge of $50 per 30 invitation cards.

4. Design presentations: We will e-mail the first of two digital prototypes within a week after your design deposit and signed service agreement are received. Once the text and layout has been proofed on screen, we will print and assemble your invitation samples. Each sample will be delivered with a proofing checklist and pricing information.

5. Materials: All materials and printing services are sold a la carte, allowing for more control over the final cost. Pricing for your invitation prototypes is conveniently itemized, allowing us to clearly see where we can implement upgrades or cut costs if necessary.

6. Production & Payment: A revised e-mail draft or printed draft will be provided for final approval. We require a full payment upon approval.

7. Timeline: 2-4 weeks to develop, revise, and finalize design concepts. After approval, please allow 6-8 weeks for print production, assembly, and delivery, depending on the complexity of your project.

8. Invitation rates: The cost of your invitations will vary depending on the complexity of each design, cost of materials, manual labor, and printing options, however, most custom invitations start at $7.50.

9. Printing options: Listed from most affordable and escalating to a higher price range for laser printing, offset printing, thermography, engraved, foil, and embossed prints.

10. Coordinating pieces: Save the Dates, Thank You Cards, Place Cards, Programs, and other items, designed to coordinate with your invitations, are also available. Pricing is determined by project.

11. Returns & cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of each project, all sales are final. Once approval signatures have been received, refunds cannot be given. Samples and shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. Maryland tax of 6% will be applied on total sale price.

13. Shipping: Shipping and handling charges will be added to your final invoice, if applicable.
